What cookies are

During last time I didn't write about cookies, but I decided to explain them like a friend would. Cookies are small files a site puts in your browser. They help pages load right and remember small things like your settings. I think they sound boring, but they are part of the web. Every site uses them in some way.

Who runs this blog

It's just me. I run this small crypto blog alone. No company, no team, just one person writing about wallets, exchanges, taxes, and trading in simple language. My blog name is My Crypto Breakdowns In Plain English. I write posts about crypto stuff for normal readers.

What kinds might show up

My blog is simple. You might get basic cookies so the site loads right. I may also use simple stats cookies to see which posts people read. That's mostly it. I don't run heavy trackers or weird ads. The stats help me know what to write next.

Some tools on my blog might set cookies from other sites. For example, a stats tool could drop its own file. I don't control those files, but they are common on small sites. You can block them if you want. This is normal for small blogs.

How to control them

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Just open your browser options and look for privacy or history. You can say no to cookies, and the blog will still work mostly fine. I do this on my own browser sometimes. Your browser has a help page if you get stuck.

I block cookies on my own browser too, it's easy and the blog still works.
